Being content and being happy is different. You go out looking for chocolate lava cake but being content with lemon cake does not make you happy though you feel little satisfied that you were not completely disappointed.
Anything that you put your mind to completely and even your heart to it works wonders for your confidence and the results show. This is not limited to professional life and its applicable everywhere.
You meet someone, you like them. The likeness comes from their personality and your receptiveness of their signals. This stage of the game is played with your heart.
