SR2P - Anniversary & Wedding Wishes :)

They say a newly wed groom is less likely to wear a smile but rather be found yawning most of the while :) ..

As one celebrates an anniversary...another one starts his journey !

Marriage is not a ritual or an end. It is a long, intricate, intimate dance together and nothing matters more than your own sense of balance and your choice of partner...

Wishes to the new couple Sumesh & Shimna.... Anniversary wishes to Rajiv & Anita ! ....

may your love ...blah blah.......make your own wish...all i wish is you guys win some lottery & get rich ! ... yes, money does bring some amount of happiness !!!

btw, as we grow older... we meet new people, make new friends and we need to start remembering their birthdays...worse is when you get married (that's when you need to remember your spouse's granny or dog's b'day too... )...then they have kids, their b'day get added too .... soon, you will have too many dates to remember :P

for the sake of simplicity..since Rajiv got married twice, 27th & 29th (same wife!)...its ideal(no..decided) that we celebrate his Marriage anniversary on 29th Aug... we have 1 day less to remember and easy too and will be happy to wish Rajiv & Sum on the same day :) .....

just back wishing Sum on his wedding reception along with Shiv .. heading back to Hyd tommorow ..

its 4.5 out of 7 wickets down....the brave ones (Shiv & me) will hold fort as long as we can !! ...

Yet, memories alone can't get you out of Loneliness.... you need not be alone to feel lonely. Not sure what goes through this heart & mind but loneliness sometimes creeps up even in a crowded party. it feels as though your heart is missing someone, your eyes are looking out for someone and ears waiting to hear from them...

its quite crazy when you get into a situation like this...and god bless Dr.Martin Cooper ! ... Who ? .. the guy who invented Mobile Phone !!! .... just dial 10 digits and you know your troubles are going to be answered....

no matter how far you are, just a few mins talk and just hearing out from your best bud and recharge you instantly !!! ... you cannot pour your heart out with everyone but there is some magic in the words that you hear from them and frankly i am not sure how that works.... i am all here sulking about something going wrong and i know the words that can bring me back .." this might not have worked for the good, you gave your best, there is something in-store better for you....etc .. etc" but yet until i hear this from someone close to me, it does not seem to calm me down... 

there is definitely some magic in friendship... you can be sitting all alone in an island yet feel happy to hear from someone whom you know cares for you.... or sulk deep into that island when you can reach them !!

crazy mind and a crazier heart....both have an extra amount of A.I and make me play around. its only at the end, when i do a post mortem i realize that solution was in my own hands... oh boy! ..thats life... either you go with the wind, sail as the river takes you or stop, think and try to take your own stand....

destiny, time, life.. all in your own hands...

Cribbing!

It's me who is my enemy,
Me who beats me up,
Me who makes the monsters,
Me who strips my confidence.

It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you're not....

I love to read books, i used to read book every night , until few months back where for some reason i stopped... need to start cultivating the habit again. Read all kinds including Monk who sold his ferrari, Shantaram, Alchemist, most of the work of Robin Sharma.. currently read Secret by Rhonda Bryne half way.... each time i get inspired and yet the inspiration last only for an hour or a day.. Later i am back to being myself - Cribbing !

Each time i crib and instantly i realize ... this is how Life's gonna be.. you may keep looking at people and hearing about their success stories and worry why you weren't there and fail to realize what you are having with you currently. This cycle might never end.... There are always people whom you think are living a better life but also there are people who are living miserable than you do... Life can best be enjoyed when you live each moment feeling happy, staying focussed on what you have or what you are instead of what you don't have and what you are not !!!

above all, guess I need to start respecting time ! ... it just doesn't wait for anyone.

EVERYONE WHO GOT WHERE HE IS..... HAD TO BEGIN WHERE HE WAS !!!

Blame Game - Find a scapegoat!

Its quite easy to blame someone and try to cover up. No matter how deep you were involved. When all the postmortem you can walk away, guilt free and happy that you didn't get banished for the act.

But what happens when something happens in your life... Whom do you blame ???

Things do happen - Good or Bad..that's the way life is and you are solely responsible for it. Its easy to accept things as they come and accept them Fate and sit quite and await as your destiny unfolds. But what seem to be happen is that these things keep on happening and you go offtrack from the road to Destiny.

Destiny is like a journey ... as long as you are doing good, you remain on the Highway..speeding ahead ...the moment you loose track you reach City roads and get struck in traffic. Its your will power to get out of the Traffic and hit the Highway again. The more you wander in the City traffic...more is your journey getting delayed... unfortunately, there doesn't seem to an end for this journey, it is an continuous road crossing countries and covering the entire planet..endless roads...

I seem to be stuck in City roads now and seem to be blaming circumstances, surroundings, everyone & everything ..just to remain guilt free and seems like Life has finally caught up ! ..its time i put pedal on the gas and zoom out soon to my highway !

There are dreams, plans and sometimes its quite better to keep them a secret and let them reveal themselves as time passes by. This seems to be quite a planned feature in my life. Anything that i publicize about:

• something in my possession that i am proud of.
• some goal which i feel i am going to get.
• some relationship which i am happy to be part of.
• something that i constantly feel happy and satisfied that i have in my possession.

etc etc....

It seems like the moment i tell everyone about any of the above, my sixth sense does give me a hint that this may not be case anymore. The dove might just escape from my cage ... and there it happens !... this is a repeated case... over and over....

keeping it a secret till it reveals itself is probably the best solution...

Wondering what this post is all about ... this is a recent getaway i was being happy about and told everyone i met.. felt happy that finally i am close to something i like...things going as planned ..etc..etc.. and finally it bombed today !! ... for a moment, it felt nothing short of an earthquake...

.. i had given my 70% but this wasn't enough... rest of 30% was destiny..probably a road not meant to be taken (something to cheer up !)

everything happens for a reason..let's wait & watch for this one !
